The standard pack of 25 - 30kg packed and labelled ready for the freezer is still only £5.20/kg. That's just £2.36/1lb.
25 kg of beef will take up approximately 2 cubic feet of freezer space.
Half packs are available for smaller freezers at £5.50/kg to cover extra packaging.
Local deliveries will be charged at £8 and courier deliveries at £16. |

| A little bit about Uppincotters Brilliant Beef... |
| Uppincotter's
Brilliant Beef cattle are officially Farm Assured, undergoing stringent
independent annual inspections to ensure all animals are reared to high
health and welfare standards. |
| The
farm has recently become a member of LEAF (Linking Environment and
Farming); this is an exciting new venture for Uppincott Farm and will
now be officially recognised as producing healthy food while
considering wildlife and the environment. |
| The
South Devon X Blonde d'Aquitaine cattle are brought up on the
Southfacing slopes of the Raddon Hills near Shobrooke in Mid Devon and
spend a summer holiday on high healthy grassland near Exmoor to enhance
flavour. |
| The
butcher is well known for his traditional techniques. The beef is hung
for at least 2 weeks and then jointed, vacuum packed, labelled and
divided into 8 equal-sized freezer packs of 20 - 30 kg, each having a
similar selection of all cuts and joints. |
